My name is Darrell Clegg, Certified Professional Home Inspector of Left Coast Inspections. Left Coast inspections was born from a love of buildings, a love of working with people, and many years of hands-on experience working on people’s homes as a licensed general contractor. The transition to a home inspection business was a natural one, as many homeowners and property managers entrusted my expertise to pinpoint needed repairs for their properties to improve their home lives and increase their property values. I am not the typical home inspector with a clip board and little experience in the field. I draw on my experience to know what I am looking at, know the repairs, and have a deep understanding of what’s going on in your home. I know what is going on, because I have been their, identified the issues, and repaired those issues in the past. In addition to this experience
